The employee welfare system is set in accordance with the Taiwan Labor Standards Act, Labor Insurance Act, Employee’s Welfare Act and the relevant labor regulations. The employee’s welfare are followings..

（1）JSW’s Employee Pension Plans fully comply with the Labor Standard Act.
（2）In accordance with Regulations for the Allocation and Management of the workers retirement reserve funds, JSW contribute a certain proportion of amount employee salaries on a monthly basis to the pension fund. These funds deposited into the pension account of Taiwan Bank by the Labor Pension Fund Supervisory Committee.
To provide a safe workplace for employees, JSW has established a Labor Safety and Health Committee. The Committee hosts periodically labor safety and health meetings to review deficiencies, make improvements to the workplace, gather occupational safety and health information which is to communicated to the workforce and post hazard warning signs in the workplace. In addition, we provide protective equipment, (such as earplugs, masks, gloves, and safety shoes.) and require employees to wear them in the workplace at all times in order to reduce safety and health risks.
